In 1907, the ranch house was built where the bridal quarters stand today. The quarters are now used by the bridal party to prepare for their special moment in time. As a working ranch, the barn was a focal point and still is, holding many happy memories.

Q: WHEN DOES YOUR PRIME TIME FOR EVENTS START?
A: Due to the exceptional microclimate weather in Kenwood, our season starts mid March to mid November. We are open year around.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY?
A: We can host up to 300 guests including parking.
Q: Can we have amplified music or live music?
A: Yes, we do allow bands, and amplified music.
Q: What time does our event need to end?
A: 10:00pm with last dance 15 minutes before end of night. You still have plenty of time after 10:00pm to load your personal belongings.
Q: Can we purchase overtime?
A: Yes, in advance because you need to start earlier. For example; 4:30-10:00 is standard. 3:30-10:00 overtime of one hour. Pricing is $600 for one hour of overtime.
Q: Must we choose a caterer from your list?
A: Yes, our expectations is that you work from the Exclusive Catering List. There are no food trucks on this list.
Q: What time can my catered come onsite for set up?
A: Usually 2 hours before your event time is standard for professional catering services.
Q: CAN WE COME EARLY AND DECORATE?
A: Yes, at a mutually agreeable time. You are required to bring your own ladder and only the person whose name is on the Event Insurance or Vendor may stand on a ladder due to liability exposure.
Q: What is Event Insurance?
A: Special Event Liability Coverage is designed to indemnify the named insured and/or host/honoree from certain types of claims arising from accidents taking place during an event. Subject to specific terms, conditions and exclusions. Required Liability Limits: $1,000,000/$2,000,000. www.wedsafe.com for more information. The insurance carrier must be "A" rated.
Q: Can we set up our own tables and chairs?
A: No, your caterer or rental company will set them up for you, take them down when done and have them stacked ready for pick up.
Q: Are my rented items delivered in advance?
A: Usually they are delivered the morning of your event and picked up at the end of your event.
Q: Do you have a Preferred Vendor List?
A: Yes, you are not required to use anyone from this list except for the required catering companies.
Q: Do my vendors need to be licensed and insured?
A: Yes, a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the venue as additional insured is required for liability.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A SET TIME FOR ALCOHOL TO STOP SERVICE?
A: Yes, 30 minutes prior to event conclusion.
Q: Can we transport our guests by Shuttle/Bus/Limo Service?
A: Yes, it is important to understand that guest arrival time is when your event time starts and needs to be physically onsite at the end of your event time.
Q: Can we park motorhomes at your faculty and leave cars overnight?
A: No cars or other vehicles can be left overnight because the facility is gated and secured at the conclusion.
